Indoor Air Quality Sensors

We’re thrilled to announce a significant leap forward in indoor air quality monitoring, developed in collaboration with our partners at InnoRenew CoE! We’ve poured our expertise into creating a solution that is not only highly versatile and accurate but also user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing.

The Brains Behind the Air: Our Versatile PCB

At the heart of our new air quality sensors is a custom-designed Printed Circuit Board (PCB). This isn’t just any PCB; it’s a testament to our commitment to flexibility and innovation. Designed to facilitate a multitude of communication protocols, this single PCB now forms the backbone of all our sensing hardware. This standardization streamlines our development process and ensures future compatibility with an ever-expanding array of sensors.

Sensing the Unseen: Introducing the Senserion SEN66

For our indoor air quality applications, we’ve integrated the groundbreaking Senserion SEN66 sensor. This remarkable piece of technology sets a new standard for environmental monitoring. In a never-before-seen form factor, the SEN66 combines multiple sensors to measure an impressive nine environmental parameters:

Particulate Matter: PM1, PM2.5, PM4, PM10
Temperature (T)
Relative Humidity (RH)
VOC Index
NOx Index
CO2
This innovative design significantly simplifies integration, reduces overall costs, and offers unparalleled customization possibilities for various indoor environments.

Designed for Every Space: From Industrial to Personal Use

We believe that comprehensive air quality monitoring should be accessible to everyone. That’s why we’ve meticulously crafted 3D models for our sensor enclosures, ensuring they are as functional as they are attractive. Whether it’s for an industrial setting or a personal space, our enclosures are carefully designed for both elegant on-desk placement and secure wall mounting.

Our sensors are fully integrated with our robust cloud platform, built on Grafana with custom plugins. This powerful platform provides intuitive floor plan rendering, advanced data visualization, and in-depth analysis tools, making it ideal for professional and scientific applications. But it’s not just for the experts! For personal use, our sensors can be easily configured and installed by users via Wi-Fi for convenient local monitoring.

Our First Breath of Fresh Air: A Project with CTFC

We’re incredibly excited to announce that our first major project is already underway with the Spanish forestry hub, CTFC (Centre Tecnològic Forestal de Catalunya). We will be equipping their brand-new forestry hub and headquarters buildings in Solsona with 17 indoor air quality monitoring units. This deployment will serve crucial scientific purposes, providing valuable data to support their research and ensure a healthy environment for their team.

See the Innovation in Action!

To give you a closer look at the engineering behind our sensors, we’ll also be including figures of our custom-designed PCB (both schematics and the final product) and the 3D print model of our enclosure.

We’re passionate about improving indoor air quality for everyone, and these new sensors are a testament to that commitment. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to deploy our sensors and contribute to healthier indoor environments!
