On Friday, June 19, the University of Primorska, Faculty of Mathematics, Natural Sciences and Information Technologies (UP FAMNIT) hosted the final project presentations for the 3D Game Development course. During the Play My Game! 3D Game Jam event, students presented the games they had developed throughout the semester, giving visitors the opportunity to play and evaluate their projects.
The showcased games demonstrated impressive creativity, technical skill, and diversity, ranging from action and multiplayer games to puzzle adventures and story-driven experiences. Visitors voted for their favorite projects in several categories, including Best Overall, Best Action & Combat, Best Puzzle Design, Best Single-Player Experience, Best Multiplayer Experience, and Most Innovative Idea.
The Best Overall award went to Lostlight by Vedran Gvozderac. Other outstanding projects included Gauntlet (Luka Jack Komljen), Isles of Arcana (Andrej Kaziovski), The Hunt (Galileo Pellizer), Dream Catcher (Aleksandra Zec), Space Miner (Patrick Peroša), Unlock The Dream (Simona Cholakova), Stick Fighter (Nikola Severov), OpCodeZero (Alja Eremić), and Labyrinth Escape (Matej Kunovski).
