Mihael Berčič completed his undergraduate and master’s studies in Computer Science at the Faculty of Mathematics, Natural Sciences and Information Technologies, University of Primorska.

During his studies, he developed research interests in distributed systems, embedded systems, blockchain technologies, and IoT infrastructures. He has contributed to projects such as Nion Network, a decentralized blockchain-based infrastructure platform for IoT and edge computing, and has also worked on embedded and smart device solutions.

In addition to his academic and professional work, he actively engages in sports and enjoys exploring engineering problems and new technologies. In his free time, he likes spending time with his family, playing with his dog, and watching old cartoons.
