In order to upgrade access to information in the student paper and answers to student questions, we introduced artificial intelligence methods in the field of natural language processing. We captured the information from the official website of the faculty, transformed it into a transparent markdown format and organized it. We implemented an advanced system for searching and indexing data based on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology and vector models, which we further optimized for our needs. To ensure greater control over the system, we used open-source models such as Mixtral7x8b.
